All bookings made with Bullship Boating are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
1. No Refund Policy
Because ride slots are reserved specifically for you and our operating capacity is limited, we are unable to offer monetary refunds for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or changes of plan.
2. Rescheduling
If you are unable to make it to your booked slot, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a one-time reschedule to a later date within 30 days of the original booking.
3. Cancellations by Bullship Boating
In the rare event that we cancel a ride due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, we will offer a free reschedule to a slot of your choice. Monetary refunds will not be issued.
4. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate transaction), please email us at bullshipboating@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction along with the booking ID and payment reference. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
