Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your slot; late arrival may result in a shortened ride without refund.
• Maximum capacity per booking is 20 people. Larger groups must place additional bookings.

2. Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking via our payment gateway.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Coupon codes, where applicable, can be used only once per mobile number.

3. Safety

• Life jackets must be worn at all times during the ride.
• Guests must follow crew instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving unsafely.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

4. Weather & Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a ride due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or reasons outside your control, we will offer a reschedule to a mutually convenient slot. Monetary refunds are not provided (see Refund Policy).

5. Liability

Every passenger is covered by accident insurance up to Rs 5,00,000 as per policy terms. Beyond this, Bullship Boating's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. Guests participate at their own risk and confirm they are medically fit to board.

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings during the ride.

7. Media

Photographs and videos captured during rides may be used by Bullship Boating for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to appear in such media.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Puducherry.
